Seminar Notes
Notes from some of our seminar offerings are available below. Most of our
seminars are offered once each during Fall and Spring semesters. Complete
seminar schedules and registration information are available from the ITS Training Services.
Computer Graphics Short Course
The computer graphics short course combines five lecture-format sessions
that focus on graphics theory and principles underlying graphics programming
and application use. The target audience is those who are beginnning their
involvement with computer graphics who are interested in gaining a basic
understanding of how graphics works and the principles behind various tools
they may encounter. You may attend any of the sessions individually, but
some of the content from later sessions assumes an understanding of information
covered in earlier sessions.
VRML Series
The VRML series consists of an introductory seminar as well as a
series of four seminars designed for the individual with programming experience.
In addition we will be offing a hands on seminar using a VRML editor this
semester.
